21.01.2022 HI Everyone. Just a reminder after all the storms and blackouts yesterday, that you may not have power to your automatic garage door opener. Don't panic as there is always a manual release cord or lever to make your door so you can lift it manually again. I've already had a few calls this morning about this problem but one customer found that he actually had power in the rest of the house but no power in the garage. So check the power box first to see if the safety switch has been activated, then call your power supplier to get advice from them. Hope we don't get anymore of those storms again like yesterday.

14.01.2022 Just letting everyone know that we are in the process of producing a new user friendly website which is still under construction as they tweak the finer points . We are still based in Glenmore Park but the office is showing Penrith to make it more central . The photos and videos should be finished this week and the whole thing should be complete by the end of the week. The phone numbers are still the same and we’re contactable 6 days a week. Thanks for your past support and hopefully future business .

14.01.2022 After a phone call today from a distressed customer who had his keys stolen along with the garage door remote we were able to set his mind at ease by changing the code of his garage door remote over the phone. Please remember there is always a way to drop the codes so would-be thieves cannot back track to help themselves to your property or possessions . If you're not sure how to do this yourself just give us a call and make sure you turn the automatic opener off at the power point but don't disengage the motor with the emergency rope or handle unless you are going to use the garage door then re-engage it again.
