13.01.2022 Responsibilities Technical - Perform high quality repairs on all mobile phones and tablets within the agreed timeframe, able to troubleshoot and demonstrate problem solving techniques and continuously learning and up-skilling. Retail - Meeting set targets by selling mobile phone and tablet cases and accessories.... Inventory - Monitoring stock for parts and accessories. Customer Service - Interacting, assisting and providing exceptional customer service to all customers. Money Handling - Cash and EFTPOS facilities. Accurately document repairs and parts information on computer systems. Health and Safety - Ensure work bench and store is clean and tidy at all times. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as required by management, including completing daily checklists and cleaning duties. Be active, energetic and honest. Skills and Experience Retail experience preferred Knowledge and experience in phone and tablet repairs Intermediate to advanced computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlines Performance Goals Complete phone repair tasks on time Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
