10.01.2022 Look at this beauty! Tiles laid up to door sill not 40mm under it! Very very common with many builders not understanding very basic tenets of balcony construction. Eave over doorway does not remove the need for upstand/freeboard.

02.01.2022 AQUALAY It be a sight for sore eyes to see this membrane down to screed. Tough flexible and excellent product to direct fix tiles to. We use Keracoll adhesive as it contains no Portland cement and therefore does not produce efflorescence.
