This isn't our usual " Fix Sell Pay" way. This client has decided to renovate their property to have as a rental property. We will be painting throughout, updating the kitchen, powder room and main bathroom. The carpet will be removed throughout, where underneath is some great flooring to be sanded and polished! This job will take up to 6 weeks to complete, Bianca will be back to walk you through the completed works
