17.01.2022 Flexi connectors are rated up to a maximum of 5 years, once you see any rust or discolouration on the hoses or fittings they should be changed to avoid a blow out. Change them for a minor expense rather then paying for new carpet and cabinetry if they do burst.

08.01.2022 A customer this morning called us at Fix That Plumbing with a small but irritating leak from under their toilet. - found the pan collar had perished. - Used a 2 piece epoxy compound to seal the gap between the pan and the waste pipe, rather then pulling the toilet out with the chance of it cracking, as it had been laid on a cement bed.
