21.01.2022 No longer available Honda boldor output shaft bearing so what do you do . Of the shelf bearing only difference is circlip grove is in the wrong place and wrong thickness to my suprise you can turn them but tough . I will be tooling up for other honda sizes particularly SOHC unavailable gearbox bearings thaught u guys would be interested. Original on the right modified on the left

19.01.2022 If you can't buy them then you have to have them made 10 mm square with M10 x 1.5 left hand thread thats a stubby top to indicate the size only small but still 3 hrs work adjustment peices out of a old but very large crank grinding mschine

09.01.2022 Sorry no photos of this repair but this happened today . Selling a set of second hand honda crankcaces got them out cleaned them for inspection imagine my surprise to find a broken big end bolt in the top halve , now here is the strange bit no one had tried to repair it , no off centre drilling , no broken easy out (interesting name for anything that is not easy) nothing , all up the repair took all of 10 minutes bonus.

07.01.2022 Been a bit quiet on here of late this job kept me busy this arvo manufactured new shaft and converterd drive end from 1 in square to 1 3/8 hex all up took 6 hrs which includes travel to and from job strip ,reassemble and manufacture.
