Strata Data has been appointed to provide building and strata management services to the $85m Penny Place apartment project in the CBD. Flagship’s 24-storey project comprises 152 apartments and is expected to welcome its first residents in the second quarter of next year. Construction reached the topping out stage ...last week, 10 months after construction began. Strata Data’s appointment follows its engagement last year to manage Flagship’s neighbouring Kodo apartment development, which became the first in the state to be managed full-time, on-site by a combined building and strata management service. Strata Data will work across both buildings, employing a team including an on-site building manager, cleaner and maintenance team, while a 24-hour, 365-days-a-year emergency maintenance line will also be available to residents. Strata Data chief operating officer Marc Steen said the company was looking forward to welcoming residents into Penny Place next year.
