12.01.2022 Nice home is getting a Reno on there garage floor 80 sqs of it. It was tiled with a lot of bedding and well the slabs are all over the place especially for the 2 added ones that are lifted. Couple of curve balls but the cherry on top was the moisture in the bedding that we found leading to the walls having termite damage! So this ones on hold for a while

03.01.2022 Not a bad view on this little job... I think I’ll bring my fishing rod for my lunch break tomorrow. Doing a grind and seal 30 grit 60 grit grouting then 120 grit then sealing with ultra guard premium!
