24.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone. The latest announcement from the government in regards to small gatherings allows one person per 4 square meters. This is very restrictive for us, and allows us a total of about 30 customers at a time. Please take note that under these circumstance we are urging people planning to visit to please book a table. We will be allowing bookings 1 hour per sitting, please advise if it is a special occasion and we will do our best to extend the time if need... be. We take not only our customers health, but our own health and well-being very seriously, so we will adhere to these rules as much as possible. All tables and chairs will be sanitized after every seating, and we all wash our hands dozens of times during a shift. When the restaurant is full, we will have a good capacity to supply take away food, so if you feel this is a better option for you please feel free to give us a call. Lastly we are strongly encouraging payments via bank cards. Please do your best to organise yourselves prior to coming. Thanks in advance!

18.01.2022 A little less than 24 hours and we will start to refill all these tables! We will be open from Friday 5pm. From there opening times will be as follows: Monday - Thursday 5pm - 10pm... Friday 12pm - 10pm Saturday & Sunday 9am - 10pm Public holidays (including this Monday) 9am - 10pm We will assess and revise these hours as the coming weeks unfold. Bookings are essential. Currently bookings are only being taken via phone 03 5356 4279 After the long weekend we will look to continue our local home delivery service aswell. Please be patient. We are offering local delivery, free within 2km, $5 within 10km. There are some minimum order restrictions with the delivery. Pickup is free! We will be applying for a license to be able to sell wine & beer to takeaway as well, although that will take some time to implement. ... Cheers everyone!

17.01.2022 G'day everyone! As some form of normalcy is not too far away, we thought we should provide a little bit of an update for you. We have a little bit going on in the kitchen at the moment. We have demolished our coolroom to make way for our wood fired pizza oven. We hadn't planned on opening up so soon, so I am doubtful that it will be installed before opening, however it will definitely be in the very near future! ... Given that we have demolished our coolroom, we are currently in the process of building a new one on the exterior of the building. This should be up and running and ready for us to open for the long weekend ahead. Due to the current state of restrictions on seating capacities I can't guarantee that our full menu will be available at all times. We are also in the process of introducing a new menu. This will eventuate within a few weeks of us re opening. The new menu will see the addition of some main courses, a salad section & eventually wood fired pizzas. Our opening hours will also be limited to a degree. I will confirm this and post an update when they are finalised. We are very much looking forward to getting back in to the swing of things. We are currently on the lookout for experienced & qualified chefs or cooks. The right candidates will have good knowledge of current trends, be passionate & creative, and possess the ability to work both alone and with a team. The role on offer is full time, 5 days a week. We currently o...perate 7 days a week, breakfast lunch & dinner so there is also certain flexibility within rostering. You must have the right to work in Australia, and preferably be looking for a long term position. You must possess at least a cert III/IV in commercial cookery or equivalent, with a minimum 2-3 years experience as a cook/chef. 03.01.2022 Dear customers, friends and family. As Im sure you are all aware, non essential businesses will be closed down as of Tuesday. Due to the water being switched off tomorrow during the day, we wont be opening. Im also not sure that we will be able to carry on with takeaway or delivery. Tonight will be our last service for a while, and with the help of the government we hope to still be here on the other side of this! The last 4 months has been a lot of hard work & quite st...ressful, as well as a lot of fun and very rewarding.
