24.01.2022 Our awesome 10AR girls. Our 10ARs played their little hearts out this season and managed to finish in 5th place against some very tough opponents. They are a beautiful bunch of girls who have all improved out of sight in what was a very short season

23.01.2022 Reminder that players should arrive to games no more than 10 mins before competition play, and leave as soon as possible after playing. There are two separate C...ontrols at Bellingara, relating to the area in which you are playing. Area 1 has access to the canteen, coffee van, toilets and Physio. Area 2 (Stadium) also has access to a canteen, coffee van, toilets and physio. The stadium physio is located in the Meeting Room. Access to the stadium is from the Southern end of the stadium adjacent to Court 24. Scoreboards are to be returned to the same area in which they were collected. See more

21.01.2022 Our beautiful 9 roses team. Congratulations girls, Flames are very proud of you all. 9 Roses coached by Felicity Forshaw. An awesome little team guided and supported by coach they learned and grew as even more confident players. The first year of shooting with the high hoops and two games on tarmac saw the girls pushing themselves more and improving their netball skills. Having only 7 players and not being able to borrow players due to covid restrictions meant that some games the girls played with 6 and one game they fielded 5 (which they won ). A group of supportive parents and girls with a can do attitude made this year loads of fun.

19.01.2022 Our wonderful 10B2 team. Flames are so proud of all of our junior teams. Congratulations girls and coaches/managers. The 10B2's had a fantastic season and finished their grand finals in 6 place. They all grew so much over the short season we had, supporting each other and putting in 120% every game. Chantal and Natasha felt so proud of all their efforts

13.01.2022 A reminder as advised to clubs at the beginning of the season, ALL Divisions within our Competition will be playing for the 9 weeks available for play under Sut...herland Shire Council’s extended Winter Sport Season. SSNA Tournament Committee will release the proposed Draw this week and the finalised Draw for Saturday September 5th will be available by Monday August 31st August. The following Play Days will be 12th September at The Ridge Courts for the Seymour Shaw and Ridge grades and 19th September those grades playing at Bellingara Bellingara is not playing 12th September due to to the Chemical Waste - Household Chemical CleanOut. 11.01.2022 Our Amazing 9 Proteas. Congratulations girls, Flames is very proud of you, and our lovely young coaches. The 9Proteas had a fun season, guided by their coach Sophie Cole and assistant Madi Kedwell. They grew into confident players and adapted to the high hoop so quickly. They are a lovely bunch of girls who’s love for netball shone through at each training session and every game! It was so lovely to watch the girls learn and grow this season. Thank you to all of those involved with the team this year.

01.01.2022 Important information for Flames members.... The Flames committee have been busy trying to develop a proposed new uniform to come into affect for the 2021 season. Our proposal is to include the addition of blue to our club colours of Pink, Maroon and white. We need as many members as possible to attend the zoom AGM this Sunday at 4:30pm and vote whether we will add blue and change to this new uniform, or keep the Flames uniform unchanged. Please RSVP to Anna our club secretary and come and have your say. Below is the uniform that the Flames committee are very excited to share with you:
