04.01.2022 A P P R E C I A T I O N P O S T After 12 years of hard work, big weeks, long hours, delicious meals, amazing canapés, tasty staff meals, weird and wonderful dietaries, curveball evenings, memorable parties, many laughs and a whole of lot loyalty- our head chef has decided to hang up his hat and end his time at flames of the forest. We will be forever grateful for his hard work and support during all these years and wish him all the luck for future endeavours. You will always be welcome in the kitchen chef and especially at the table! David Scott Spencer
