05.01.2022 Exciting News! The Bloke is moving interstate and will have new owners. As of October 1 we will be handing over the steamers to Michael & Claire. Local Melburnian foodies and connoisseurs of a good Dim Sim. Currently busy at Aussie Dim Sim HQ learning the ropes of all aspects of our hand made dim Sims. They will be doing regular farmers markets and events around Melb and beyond steaming up Melbourne's best hand made dim sim, and the world's hottest 'Flamin Dimmies'. And take ...home packs as usual. Nothing changes except you'll be seeing a lot more of the Dim Sim Bloke. Also, our new hand made mini spring rolls we've been working on for a month now, will be released. Maybe a Flamin spring roll? Stay tuned.
