21.01.2022 With the Official Home and Away tour not operating due to COVID19 and with many people in isolation and feeling sad that the show is off air, we are CONSIDERING offering fans a totally different Home and Away experience. The new experience is 100% "social distancing friendly" and promises to lift the spirits of people around the WORLD. Please reply to this post to indicate "YES" or "NO" to the following question. 17.01.2022 Rest assured! During this time of crisis our number one concern is the safety of our guests and staff. We have been doing our utmost to comply with the NSW health regulations and assure that your time with us is as safe as it is enjoyable. So that you are aware these adjustments have been made to each and every tour: - Limited seating on the bus to help with the 1.5m rule ... - All patrons get hand sanitiser. The use of face masks on the bus are welcome! - All group activity is less than 100 people (Govt. regulation) - Inside of the bus is cleaned thoroughly with antibacterial wipes at the end of each tour - Our tour guides and drivers are not taking photos with customer phones/cameras - Tour guides and drivers are not handling cash. Card payments only for merchandise. Until further notice we are operating as normal, however, there are restrictions in terms of physical contact with the cast and crew and our meet and greet actors. Please keep in touch with us if you are unsure whether your tour will be going ahead or not. The situation is very fluid and we are having to monitor it day by day. If you do not attend the Home and Away tour you have booked, we hope very much that you agree to your booking being placed on hold, so it can be re-activated anytime in the next 12 months or more. We are confident things will be back to normal soon and the official Home and Away tour can continue to bring huge joy and pleasure to the devoted fans across the globe.
