25.01.2022 Adelaide's vintage food van, Simply Flammekueche will be serving Flammekueche at the Rendezvous Market tomorrow morning from 9.30 though to 1.30 in the afternoon. Come say hi!

23.01.2022 Pulled Pork / a very filling crowd pleaser Crème fraiche topped 6 hours slow cooked hoisin pulled pork + sliced onion, speck, gruyere cheese and spring onion. Big hugs to Amelie Flam-kuche Restaurants for the inspiration. While the process of slow cooking takes time and preparation, the versatility of Flammekueche well and truly shines through here!

22.01.2022 Honey Soy & Chilli Chicken / mesmerising flavour Crème fraiche infused with nutmeg and salt, topped with sliced onions, honey soy chicken breast, ginger, spring onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, zucchini and speck. Borrowing inspiration from Amelie Flam-kuche Restaurants and using RecipeTin's 24 hour marinated Honey Soy Chicken recipe, this was a Flammekueche that tasted as mesmerising as it looks!
