15.01.2022 We are hiring! Wanted: Highly motivated independent contractor (abn required) to fulfill administrative tasks on a part time basis. Hours are flexible but will be minimum 10 hours a week. You will ideally have a strong background in administration with skills in accounting. You will have strong communication skills, an ability to learn new software programs quickly and a trades based background will be highly regarded. Prompt, reliable and attention to detail a must. Some tas...ks will include: 1. Scheduling of jobs as received 2. Spare parts inventory/stock orders 3. Managing emails and phone calls 4. Customer follow-ups 5. Accounts receivable and payable 6. Relaying internal information 7. Maintenance of records such as licenses and insurance 8. Recording, matching, checking and batching of accounts, invoices, orders, store requisitions, etc. 9. Compliant with workplace health and safety. 10. Liaise with other staff members and work coherently with them to maintain smooth and consistent workflow. 11. 06.01.2022 Only a licensed gasfitter can carry out gas work. Gas work includes installing, removing, altering, repairing, servicing, testing or certifying the gas system, including all pipework and connections. Always ask to see a person’s gas work licence before they do any gas work.
