23.01.2022 Getting lots of help from these guys at the moment With the weather heating up our pest problems are heating up too (fun ). Lucky we’ve got a little army of beneficial insects fighting it out on our behalf. We release everything from lady bugs to parasitic wasps, all helping to make sure we’re providing the best edible flowers we can!

08.01.2022 About a year ago we changed our flower production to almost exclusively hydroponic methods. By doing so we’ve saved oodles of water as well as improved our yield, quality and efficiency

05.01.2022 1 year later... So much has happened since I sent my first shipment of flowers over to Singapore 1 year ago this week. We've come from sending a few punnets (I think only 40) to now have picked and packed an estimated 400,000 flowers. Jazzing up dishes in restaurants overseas, locally, in Brisbane aaand in Sydney, all while I keep my full time job on another veggie farm. There's no way I would have been able to have achieved what I have in the last year without the support o...f the people around me. My family, friends, girlfriend, boss, work mates and employees have been amazing in helping me day in day out. Although it's a hard slog putting in the hours I do, it's rewarding to see how far this has all come. It's always good to stop, take a breath, and look back on how you've progressed - I think we're all guilty of not doing that enough, so make sure you do!
