25.01.2022 Another nice easy simple re-roof finished off for our valued customers!

22.01.2022 A small partial re-roof with Heavy Duty Klip-Lok 700 Hi-Strength profile roof sheeting on a commercial building with new custom made tapered Stainless Steel box guttering, Stainless Steel custom made sumps and drops for long term peace of mind and a lifespan longer then a lifetime.

10.01.2022 And the new shade structure is up at the North Rockhampton Special School. Flashpro Roofing had the pleasure of completing the safety wire, insulation, roofing, guttering and downpipes on this project. Downs Roofing’s 175 Quad profile gutter is a great larger capacity gutter suited to Central Queensland’s tropical heavy downpours, if you are after a larger capacity heavy duty guttering system ask us for a quote, we will be happy to help.

10.01.2022 Here’s a nice little high end job we have just completed in Rockhampton. An outdoor bar and alfresco area that has turned out beautifully! With lots of sharp angles on the bar roof and wall cladding, lots of custom flashing work, insulated solarspan Bondor roof sheeting over the alfresco area and heavy duty half round gutter, this area is sure to be a big hit once venues are able to re-open and trade again. Check it out! If you have a high end, prestige or architectural roofing or wall cladding job that requires highly skilled roofers then contact Flashpro Roofing, CQ’s only high end roofing contractors.

01.01.2022 Hi Everyone! The recent hailstorm event on Sunday 19th April has caused massive widespread damage from Rockhampton through to the beach. Since Sunday afternoon we have been flooded with phone calls and work orders for emergency make safes, so much so that for nearly every phone call we can answer we end up missing 1-2 phone calls coming through while we are on that phone call. This event has added a huge workload to our already fully booked out schedule and our teams of roo...fers are working around the clock to attend every makesafe and inspection we can as quickly as possible. We understand many of our customers need our services urgently and we value each of you. Please keep in mind we are not ignoring you and we certainly do care, however we simply don’t have the capacity or time in each day to get to everyone as quickly as some would like. We would need a team of 30 professional office staff and roofers at the moment to keep up and we simply don’t have that kind of man power available. We apologise for the lead times to inspect and quote your work that is needed and for the lengthy lead times our roofing crews are booked out for. Please bear with us during these times, we are doing the best we can. We are currently prioritising makesafes, emergency works, and badly damaged/ leaking houses first, followed by damage inspections followed by quotes followed by standard maintenance issues and other non urgent work. Remember when lodging your insurance claims and going through the claims process to demand local trade businesses to complete your works if you can wait the lead times. Support local businesses first who support you. Thank you CQ Here’s some photos of what we are up against, it takes hailstones bigger then grapefruits to do this kind of damage to a good condition strong Metal roof. These would have been huge and very deadly dangerous hailstones, we hope no one was hurt in this event.
