25.01.2022 Our new Orbital Welder for welding hygienic stainless steel tube is operational in its custom built mobile workbench allowing us to pick it up and take to any job site and were good to go. It has been designed to fit through a standard door opening for easy access. We have the capacity with this welder to weld tube sizes from 19.05mm (") through to 101.6mm (4") continuously due to our dual head setup. This enables our production time to be extremely fast compared to our competitors. Orbital Welders are superior to hand welding as it can fit into awkward positions such as welding valve manifolds and weld continuously around the tube with only one start and stop point.

The successful applicant would have experience in stainless and aluminium fabrication, excellent TIG welding skills, be able to use a CNC press brake and guillotine and complete jobs to a high standard in a timely manner....
