This was an easy meal to create with some gourmet sausages, char grilled capsicum & onions and some green stuff on top. You could also add a bit of cheese and a sauce of your choice too. Any food you place here, must be covered with alfoil, as ash and coals will fall through the air holes in the fire box. Season your veggies well & add a little water in the tray to get them steaming (this helps to soften them up) Give them a stir every 20 minutes until done!
