24.01.2022 Where has the year gone? Christmas is almost here, how scary. Where did the time go? The team at Flavas have had a very busy year. Christine became a mother to a beautiful little girl. A new challange and a new direction in her life. One she is enjoying immensely. Who knows when she will be back! Charles is leading the team, taking on more responsibility and the general day to day running of the salon. What a learning curve for him, and I must say what a great job he has done.... Renee has stepped up, Renee was thrown in the thick of it when Christine had to put her feet up. She is a great team member, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. And let's not forget little Makayla. With her final year of High School behind her, Makayla will be in the salon full time in the New Year to complete her apprenticeship. Keep an eye on her as she takes off in all aspects of hairdressing. A busy year behind us and a new exciting year to come. 24.01.2022 Well a belated Happy New Year to every one. The year is off and running away from us already. News for Flavas this year Christine will be having some time off, the length of time off is undetermined at this stage as she is not sure how things will go with the new addition to her family. That is right, Christine is expecting her first child in early July. We are all very excited for her and her husband. Due to this a new team member will be joining Charles and Makayla, we ...hope you all like her and let her do your hair. hahaha Charles will be taking a week off in March to nurture Spencer after his operation. Good Luck Spencer! Makayla is madly getting her skills together so any volunteers for blow drys and basic colour applications keep an eye out in the salon for availabilities and put your name down. 19.01.2022 Flavas will be closing over Christmas like usual. The lucky last day is FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER Christine will be back to work that day as Charles gets to start his holiday early as he is heading overseas. Thank you for all your thoughtful, cute and girly gifts you have given. We feel amazed each and everyday to have such a wonderful addition to our family. I am not sure when I will be back as I am enjoying this amazing time so thank-you for your continued support. Charles keeps me informed of all the discussions and mischief you all have been getting into, sounds like they are working hard to fill my shoes hahhaa. 10.01.2022 As most of you know Christine is nearing the end of her pregnancy. With only four more weeks of work left she is feeling very excited as well as very round. If you want to see her one last time before she takes some leave now is your chance. She has limited spots left however if you don't get in with her Renee will look after you and you will still be able to chat with Christine. Spencer is still giving away kisses and expecting your lap to cuddle into while you have your hai...r done, so don't forget to give him some love on your next visit. Charles is still in charge trying to lead all you women up the garden path so to speak so don't let him get away with anything as he will run with it and that means disaster. hahahaha Poor Renee and Makyala will have to put up with his big head all the time otherwise.
