24.01.2022 Chicken coated in peri peri flour, egg then crushed corn flakes. Baked for 30 minutes. Was tasty but would definitely use chicken thigh next time, just to keep the chicken moist

18.01.2022 I'm so happy that I found this recipe for satay sauce. I used to make it frequently and then the recipe disappeared from the website I used to use........spending 3 hours in the car gave me time to search and search and search. I know this is a Thermomix recipe, but for those of you without one I suspect this would be reasonably easy to make using other kitchen items, but of course I always highly recommend that you get yourself a Thermomix and if you want one, let me know and I can put you onto a wonderful consultant who will be more than happy to help!

17.01.2022 Obviously this is treat food and the best way to cook it is to run it under cold water, lightly dust with plain flour, then fry until golden brown deliciousness!
