24.01.2022 BACKYARD BBQ CHOPS (Some of you may recognise this recipe!) 12 lamb loin chops (or rump/sirloin steak) 1/4 cup honey... 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tablespoon Backyard BBQ spice 2 tablespoons Divin-O! Balsamic 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Smash olive oil Place all ingredients (except chops) in a zip lock bag and mix well Now add chops to bag, mix and marinade for a couple of hours Cook on medium to high heat. The honey in this recipe will make a yummy sticky, finger lickin' dish! This recipe is suitable to freeze You're most welcome to share

Caramel topping Coffee Milk Hot water Half teaspoon of snowflake and teaspoon of caramel topping into your cup with teaspoon of coffee add boiling water and stir then add milk Enjoy !!!!

12.01.2022 THYME FOR QUICHE! 8 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tomato, diced... 3/4 cup grated cheese 1 cup spinach, finely chopped 125g corn kernels 6 mushrooms, halved & sliced 1 heaped tablespoon SR Flour Salt & Pepper 1 dessertspoon Thyme for Garlic Spice 1 dessertspoon Chive & Onion Spice 2 sheets Puff Pastry Preheat oven to 180C Combine all ingredients in a bowl (excl pastry) Grease loaf tin, then line with pastry sheets Pour egg mix into loaf tin and sprinkle with a little more grated cheese Cook for 30-40 mins or until skewer comes out clean Serve and enjoy! 07.01.2022 GRANDMA'S BANANA & CARAMILK MUFFINS 2 cups SR Flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup raw sugar... 2 teaspoons Grandma's Secret Spice 90g Caramilk Chocolate, broken into pieces 2 bananas, mashed 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable/canola oil 90g extra Caramilk Chocolate, for drizzling Preheat oven to 180C In a bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients In a separate bowl, mix together bananas, egg, milk and oil Then put banana mix into dry ingredients and mix until just combined Place mixture into muffin tray (3/4 full) and cook for about 20mins or until golden Allow to cool before melting remaining Caramilk Chocolate and drizzling over the top of each muffin Enjoy! 06.01.2022 After Dinner Mint Fudge Thermomix Recipe but can also do in a pot Ingredients... .1 Tablespoon of Flavourista After Dinner Mint Chocolate Powder .1 Bag of Mint leaves use as many or as little as you like 200 g milk chocolate melts 200 g sugar 1 can condensed milk 125 g Butter 25 g liquid glucose RECIPE'S PREPARATION 1. Line 25x15 (approx) tin or tray 2. Mill milk chocolate melts at speed 9 for 10 seconds. Set aside. 3. Mill sugar at speed 9 for 10 seconds. 5. Add condensed milk, butter and liquid glucose. Cook at 100 degrees, speed 3 for 8 minutes. 6. Cook at Varoma temperature, speed 2 for 20 minutes. 7. Chop desired amount of Mint leaves 8. Add milled chocolate and leaves Mix at speed 3 for 30 seconds. 9. Pour fudge into tin or tray and Refridgerate . 10. Once set, cut into 2cm squares and serve. 11. Store in fridge.
