22.01.2022 ** BORROWED FROM A FELLOW CONSULTANT - ANYTHING WITH CARAMILK IS A HUGE WIN FOR ME ** GRANDMA'S BANANA & CARAMILK MUFFINS 2 cups SR Flour... 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup raw sugar 2 teaspoons Grandma's Secret Spice 90g Caramilk Chocolate, broken into pieces 2 bananas, mashed 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable/canola oil 90g extra Caramilk Chocolate, for drizzling Preheat oven to 180C In a bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients In a separate bowl, mix together bananas, egg, milk and oil Then put banana mix into dry ingredients and mix until just combined Place mixture into muffin tray (3/4 full) and cook for about 20mins or until golden Allow to cool before melting remaining Caramilk Chocolate and drizzling over the top of each muffin Enjoy!

22.01.2022 My lil man chose this for lunch today Even walks through the shops talking about dukkah olive oil and Turkish bread Needing to stock up on cleopatras dukkah , roasted garlic smash olive oil , French onion twist and dessert rose dukkah for myself and mum - she loved the cake I used it in. Lil man actually ate icecream today ( he hates everything cold ) with Flavourista berry sauce on it .

07.01.2022 Whilst away on holidays went to a gorgeous cafe and had something called fig loaf - was homemade fig bread , ricotta cheese , honey and berries . AMAZING Recreated it semi - coffee and date loaf ,ricotta , honey and sprinkled with dessert rose dukkah - YUM

03.01.2022 Borrowed this from a fellow consultant - looks yummmm - permission to share . What u need Thyme for garlic Roasted smash garlic oil ... Bacon Onion Cream Pasta Parmesan cheese Combine thyme for garlic to cream 20 mins before add too pasta Cook pasta for 9 mins but boil water first Fry off bacon and onion and little oil. Then add Parmesan cheese Then cream Then pasta Combine well and enjoy !!!

Made up some samples for her as she’s currently in Perth for school holidays. Bit of everything I have - hope her party is awesome .
