18.01.2022 After Dinner Mintini - Serves 2 30mls Vodka 60mls Irish Cream 2 tablespoons of After Dinner Mint Chocolate Powder... Ice cubes (I used 8 cubes) 2-3 scoops of ice-cream (I use vanilla bean) Crush the ice. Add all other ingredients and blitz together. Pour into serving glasses and top with whipped cream, dust a little choc powder and garnish if desired.

Gluten free and dairy free Ingredients... 60ml Vodka 30ml LMFAO Balsamic 50ml Apple Juice 50ml Orange Juice Method Cocktail shaker 3/4 filled with ice. 06.01.2022 Afternoon tea time calls for a piece of Zoe's Gooey Choc Caramel Slice 150g plain flour 110g brown sugar 40g coconut ... 395g condensed milk 125g melted butter 100g butter 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup Flavourista Caramel Chocolate Powder Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease a slice pan and line with baking paper. Combine flour, sugar & coconut. Add melted butter and mix well. Press mixture firmly into pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned. Combine the 100g of butter, condensed milk, honey and Caramel Chocolate Powder in a saucepan. Stir over a low heat until smooth. Pour over base and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
