21.01.2022 More and more WA chefs buy fresh leaves from our plantation. They give much importance on a locally sourced fresh product. Lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle, cinnamon myrtle as well as strawberry gum leaves have an even more distinct flavour when used fresh. Some of the essential oils are partly missing when using dried leaves. We can supply large quantities of fresh leaves all year round except for strawberry gum. For those interested in fresh strawberry gum leaves it is now time to order as it is now being harvested quantities limited.
