18.01.2022 Heavenly Snowflake Mousse: What you need: 250mL of heavy cream... 4 tsp of Flavourista Heavenly chocolate powder 4 tsp of Flavourista Snowflake chocolate powder 6 tsp of icing sugar Method: In one container mix together 125mL of heavy cream, 4tsp of heavenly chocolate powder and 3 tsp of icing sugar. Use an electric mixer and mix on medium until stiff peaks form. (For a lighter mouse mix on high to get more air into the mixture). Put mixture in the fridge. In another container mix together 125mL of heavy cream, 4tsp of snowflake chocolate powder and 3 tsp of icing sugar. Use an electric mixer and mix on medium until stiff peaks form. To serve: Get creative! Put half of each mixture into a glass and swirl them together!! Put in fridge to set for an hour or so! This recipe serves 2 people. This was so much fun to make and oh so delicious!!
