25.01.2022 Impress Your Guests - Adult Only Icy Poles! Sophisticated & refreshing on a sunny afternoon Gin & Tonic on a stick... Warning - follow the recipe - excessive use of gin not recommended on this occasion, especially if you want these to freeze. Share the post to save on your timeline, but most of all enjoy! Ingredients - adjust quantity to suit moulds 100 mls Gin 400 mls Flat Tonic Water 1 lime juiced (add lime to taste) Small Cucumber - thinly sliced this will make 500 mls, check the volume of your moulds and double/triple etc for the desired quantity Method Mix gin, tonic and lime juice in jug Pour evenly between your moulds Place a couple of slices of cucumber in each Freeze for at least 8 hours but best overnight Cheers
