15.01.2022 Booking Policy All appointments require 50% non-refundable booking deposit, which is to be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal. This is then deducted from your total appointment cost. No Deposit, No Appointment!... Online Store Purchases - including AfterPay, Zippay or Zipmoney Full Payment is taken when purchasing using the online System, there is no option to pay just a deposit. Online Store Purchases are Non-Refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy Any Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit all monies paid. Refunds will be done under the discretion of Flawless Hair & Beauty and if deemed plausible a refund may be considered. **Rescheduling of Appointments must be made 72 hours prior to appointment time** If you Cancel, are a No Show or wish to Reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your original appointment time, a $50 Non-Refundable Rescheduling Fee is required prior to confirming your new appointment time. Late Arrivals Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and require rescheduling. Please endeavor to contact Flawless Hair & Beauty at the earliest opportunity to advise whether you may be late to your appointment to discuss if your appointment time may need to be rescheduled. To keep your little ones safe, I ask that you do not bring any children under the age of 12 to your appointment. There are many pretty things to touch and see in the studio but also some harmful things for little ones such lash chemicals, sharp objects and electrical equipment. For Hair extension appointments only - An exception can be made for babies under the age of 6 months if they're kept in a stroller or capsule. Strictly no children allowed when attending an eyelash appointment.

I have two beautiful fur children - Bentley and Arlo and a super sweet boo-thang Nathan. I like a laugh or twenty and have a fabulous talent for making everything a joke, even things that shouldn’t. ... I’ve openly shared my struggles of depression and anxiety. I’ve also had plenty of clients who have now become close friends share theirs too. I am forever grateful for this amazing job where I can make someone feel so confident and fabulous.
