10.01.2022 At the beginning of a new year, resolutions abound declaring our intention to exercise, socialise and improve our health, among other things. Yet, keeping our resolutions is neither as quick or as easy as making them! Knowing the benefits of of exercise is not enough to motivate us an activity also needs to be fun, in order to keep us interested month after month. It can be tricky finding something that ticks all the boxes. Table tennis is a uniquely beneficial solution and it’s making a comeback. Not only is table tennis a great form of exercise for your body, it’s a valuable activity for your brain as well. Add to that the social benefits and it becomes clear that table tennis is a unique sport that can improve your life in a variety of ways.
