23.01.2022 Just to let you all know, I don't groom Schnauzers (I can't even spell it!), BUT .. "Maybe" is an exception, and Marge doesn't mind the non show groom look. And ... She is adorable ! So is Marge.

23.01.2022 BINDI IS BACK! After jumping her new owners fence, and being on the run for almost 5 hrs, my mate Kerry and I drove down the 80km distance, almost dark, and Kerry spotted her. She came bounding over when I called her and after the initial licks, crys, and hugs, she slept all the way home. PLAN B : 1. Sterilized booked in. 2. Electric collar to be worn daily whilst home with sheep 3. Organise little dog proof fence on front boundary. 4. Anxiety meds (actually, that should be number 1) 5. Find local Dog trainer. 6. Train me to train her!! HOPE IM DOING THE RIGHT THING. It goes against property owners rules to keep her, but Its prob my fault she's so obsessed, so it's my job to fix it. This is her last chance tho.

21.01.2022 It's BLOWING COAT time again! Best thing to prevent matting on BIG dogs and vacuuming everyday, is a good blow out followed by bath and blow dry. Amazing for shepherds, Akitas, and all those double coats. Cost is between 50 and 70 dollars, depending on coat.

12.01.2022 Here is Jenny, with her Benny, who loves to roll and play in chook surroundings, so he got a short practical haircut today, so he can keep on running a muck, so to speak, and then there's Panda, who prefers high tea in the study, so he gets a longer cut to keep him popular with the girls. I love my job !

12.01.2022 It's that time of the year ! Blow outs prevent matting, they don't get them out, so if Your dogs coat is blowing it's undercoat, this is the best way to prevention. For big dogs like shepherds, border collies etc, not little Shihtzu type, their coat is totally different. Pls call me if u need my help. Cheers

08.01.2022 Bindi has gone to a new home, without sheep. I wish her every happiness and I will miss her so much. My days at work without her, will be somewhat different. Love you sooo much Bindi Boo. Miss you already.

08.01.2022 Ramsay update. Ramsay is getting bigger and heavier now and I have had concerns whether his one front leg will hold him up? Last couple weeks, he has sat alone in our paddock as his 5 friends won't wait for him to catch up. The spark in his eyes wasn't there. . Thoughts of "did I make the right decision" came into my mind. I know he needs to be kept lean, but I had no control of his grazing. A lovely client of mine told me about Possum Valley Sanctuary. I rang and told t...hem of Ramsays plight. They offered to take him on board, to join the other needy farm animals. He can be kept in a smaller yard, restricted diet, vet attention and meds if needed and even a new best wooley friend for him. I am SO HAPPY he is at the wonderful charity organisation, in MT Helena, run completely by volunteers. They do fund raising events and tours of the farm. His new name is Tristan as they already had another Ramsay. New name, new life, new beginning for the rest of his future. Cheers to Possum Valley and big hugs for my gorgeous wooley mate. I love and miss you Ramsay, but at the same time, I couldn't be happier for you! See more

02.01.2022 Possum Sanctuary, this is where Ramsay lives now, special care section. These people are amazing, all vollies, and rely entirely on funding and support. I have never seen such passion for the farm animals they rescue. Please view their FB page, they do tours, events, pizza nights, carols in the valley. So cheap. They are in MT Helena. Thumbs up guys

01.01.2022 PUBlIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT It was on Fox news earlier that 70 dogs have died as a result of eating chicken jerky treats made from chicken that has come from Ch...ina. Kingdom Pets brand from Costco is one of them. Also certain Blue Buffalo brand pet foods have a recall for the same thing. Please re post and make sure all your doggie friends are aware of this.
