20.01.2022 If you are having to work 60+ hour weeks on your business - you need to restructure! That business is not sustainable. Self care is something you cannot compromise on as a small business owner, because without you there's no business to operate. I pack a lot into my weeks and don't get me wrong - I definitely have the occasional late night getting something done. But don't make a habit of it and make sure you are getting enough sleep and feeding yourself well and moving your... body - your health comes first.
