04.01.2022 Did you know that you can recycle your Easter Egg foil this weekend!!! Alfoil is a very valuable resource which can be recycled but not in small individual piec...es. If you squish the alfoil together in a ball, approximately the size of large human fist, the alfoil can be recycled in the yellow lidded kerbside recycling bin. Why does it have to be in this size/ shape? So staff at the Material Recovery Facilities are able to grab it from the fast moving conveyor belts! Share this post so as much foil as possible can be recycled!

01.01.2022 One of the great thrills I get from coaching conversations is when the client goes away and implements what we discussed, which leads to an immediate positive i...mpact on the business. This happened recently when I worked with a painter who was concerned that the funnel of work was drying up and he was struggling to find new business. What became clear during our conversation was that when quoting, he was making that process all about himself and his needs. The impact of this approach was that he was coming across as needy.no-one buys from anyone who is needy. I suggested a different approach being when he was next quoting for a job, he should focus on answering the following questions: What problem are you solving for your prospect? What problem are you solving for your prospect for which they are prepared to pay you loads of money? In order to answer these questions, the focus moves from himself to understanding and responding to the needs of the client. I was rapt to receive the following e-mail a couple of days after that conversation: I followed most of the things you'd said (some I forgot) and I landed one of my biggest paint jobs I've done in months! Thanks a million looking forward to our next chat.
