09.01.2022 There is so much I have learnt and am learning about the connection of Gut Health and kids wellbeing. Im posting this link for any mums out there interested in this Free online Gut-Hormone Health workshop. Her website also offers some great products for making your own Probiotics. 06.01.2022 This Term there will be 3 classes available; Starting Monday 17th February and running for 6 weeks; Monday 4:20-5:00pm for 6-9 year olds Monday 5:00-5:45pm for 9-12 year olds Tuesday 7:40-8:25am open to all ages- great for kids who are looking for Calm before school... Spots are filling fast with only a few available in both the afternoon classes. Please contact me if you would like more information or to book your child in. An upfront payment of $20 will be required by the end of this week to secure a spot and the remaining $40 to be paid at the first lesson.
