Essential Qualifications & Experience: TAE 40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or TAE 40110 with required upgrades) CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support (or industry experience matrix) Experience delivering training to a wide range of audiences- minimum 2 years Able to deliver engaging training to meet performance objectives A high level of attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Intermediate to high computer literacy Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word Knowledge of adult learning principles Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills Strong organisational and time management skills along with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Working with vulnerable people check Current Drivers Licence Desirable Qualifications: HLTWHS005 - Conduct manual tasks safely HLTAID001 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation HLTAID003 - Provide first aid If this sounds like the position for you, then don't delay, apply today!
