Well, we know this 'second wave' is still under control in NSW and we are hopeful to re-engage our yoga community for the Sprin...g with the wonderful Alexa ! We are just wanting to send out the feelers to when others are thinking we should re-commence the yoga proram? Due to some wonderful cost savings, we may have up to 5 yoga sessions left. Yay! I can't seem to create a poll, but maybe just comment below if all is COVID 'safe' would you be happy to start yoga in September? Would you be happy to start yoga in October after the term 3 school holidays? or if you'd prefer to wait until we are all COVID clear until we re-commence? What are your thoughts? Just a brief reminder of all the benefits of yoga pictured below...

16.01.2022 GREAT NEWS! KEMPSEY YOGIS. Just received the ok for the hall to be open for classes the Beginning of August. Classes will be held either Tuesday 4th August or Thursday 6th August. Possibly both. Same time 5:30. The hall is nice and HEATED too! Please understand there is limited space at the moment so kindly contact me to reserve your place. 13.01.2022 Place your mat on the cat It takes more time preparing for class these days because the physical distancing requires everyone to be 1.5 metres apart. It doesn’t stop a great class though. Wednesday night’s class still has 4 open spots and next Monday night has just one available space. Looking forward to seeing everyone

12.01.2022 Couldn’t be happier with the yoga classes currently going on! I’m loving the focus and dedication of everyone The Kempsey class is totally full (we can only fit 12 students in abiding by the 1.5 meter rule) but since there is so much interest, we may begin a second class! The Wednesday night Eungai class still has a couple of spots left. Please book ahead to reserve yours. Starting next week, spots will need to be paid for in advance in order for it to be held. Non advance paying students will be charged $3 more for class... only if a spot is available. Thanks for understanding we have to do things a little differently under COVID.
