14.01.2022 Following the announcement from SA Health, Flex will be closing all practices during the 6 day lockdown from Thursday November 19th to Tuesday November 24th. We respect the advice of the health authorities & feel the closure will allow us to do our bit to limit travel and minimise potential exposure, in the hope Adelaide can get on top of the current outbreak & return to our usual services on Wednesday November 25th. We understand this may cause some inconvenience but the h...ealth & safety of our staff and clients is of utmost importance at this time. We will be in touch in the coming days. Stay safe & well. 07.01.2022 Flex want to ensure we provide clear information to our clients and resolve any confusion in regards to COVID-19 & the recent changes we have made in the practice. The Australian Physiotherapy Association have this week confirmed that we are considered an essential service and as such we will remain open for physiotherapy appointments. Your health, and that of our staff, is of the utmost importance to us. We will continue to focus on the sanitisation of treatment tables, rece...ption areas, door handles and all frequently touched surfaces. Staff & clients have their temperatures checked on arrival to the clinic and we have adjusted our waiting area to allow for appropriate social distancing. Sadly, with the health & safety of our staff & clients in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cease our Flex FIT & Hydrotherapy classes until further notice. We feel that this aligns with the measures being taken to limit social interaction. As an alternative we are offering 1:1 exercise sessions with a physiotherapist for those looking to continue their rehabilitation program at this time. As we continually look for ways to meet the needs of our clients, Flex will also be offering Telehealth appointments. This will assist during these difficult times of self-isolation but also in an ongoing capacity as we strive to continue to educate, support & assist people through their rehabilitation process. More information regarding this exciting venture will follow this week. We thank all of our clients for their incredible support and understanding over this stressful & uncertain time. We will continue to keep you updated through this ever-changing landscape.

06.01.2022 Power has now returned - business as usual for all remaining physiotherapy appointments and FlexFIT classes! Please contact us on 8821 3290 if you have any queries!
