17.01.2022 Spilling over? Are you doing it and what is it? To put it very simply it’s when your body holds on to excess water. It’s crazy in one day you can go from waking up feeling lean and shredded. To a few hours later feeling bloated and watery. It’s not uncommon to fluctuate in weight even 1 or 2 kg a day. Depending on hydration and carb intake. ... So don’t stress just keep doing the right things every day and focus on the longer term goals rather than beat yourself up about the little changes.

07.01.2022 Progress pictures. It can get really annoying when you don’t see the number on the scale moving. Make sure you take progress pictures. They might look shit today but then in a few months time you will see that you have made more progress than you think.... Also remember you are going to be your own worst critic. 03.01.2022 Stick to the plan. One of the hardest parts about sticking to a new plan starts as soon as the alarm goes off! The night before you set your alarm with good intentions to get up and make a good breakfast, but then the little voice says ‘it’s cool you’ve got time’ so you hit snooze!... Before you know it you run out of time so you skip the plan. Start the day right! Respect yourself enough to stick to the plan!
