24.01.2022 Forever Fresh Echuca have just opened up a European eatery located right next to their grocery and are in the process of getting ready for their grand opening in two weeks. They're currently only serving coffee but have plans in place to serve both hot and cold meals, pastries, baked goods and more. Located on Rosslyn Street, next to the Adina and Adderly West End Apartments, we've supplied and installed a range of the Epta Bonnet Neve MultiFresh, MultiFreeze and MultiFesco refrigeration as well as a Captur dual temp chest fridge/freezer from AJ Baker & Sons Pty Ltd.

21.01.2022 A business started by 4 friends, Zero95 Pizza Bar has grown to 4 locations around Melbourne in Doncaster, Dromana, Chirnside Park and Pascoe Vale. The name comes from the area code of Catania (095), a small town on the east coast of Sicily which provides inspiration for the concept and dishes. Though there are various options available on the menu, they're known for their pizza which uses natural organic ingredients and made in the speciality pizza oven. 19.01.2022 Located within walking distance of the North Cronulla beach, The Pines Cronulla opened their doors in early November 2020, and have become a quick favourite in the area. They provide a waterfront dining experience and a variety of aperitifs and cocktails as diners choose between the ala carte or degustation menu. Some of their signature dishes include steak from Ranger Valley, Seafood Bouillabaisse for 2, and their chocolate cigars. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal produce from local suppliers so expect an ever changing degustation menu - head over to their website to read more or make a booking!

19.01.2022 After months of planning, Long Paddock Cheese have opened their doors in Castlemaine and have a retail store alongside their classes which are open for beginners and commercial cheesemakers alike. Allison and her team of French cheesemakers Ivan and Julie, aim to educate consumers about the boutique cheese making process and build up independent dairy producers. 16.01.2022 Throwback to a project we assisted with in 2020. Bark and Silk are a great brunch spot and we’re keen to get back for a meal and coffee! Among the equipment provided for the fit out is a 10 tray UNOX Australia Combi Oven and the SKOPE Refrigeration ITV Ice Maker and Reflex Undercounter Fridge for the bar.

Choose from nigiri and maki sushi packs, among other options like inari, karaage, and soba. Perfect for COVID safe operations! They've also got a large selection of catering platters with sushi and sashimi options, with even udon/soba available for catering and delivery

14.01.2022 Now that lockdown is over, an activity we're looking forward to is going to the Farmer's Market for our produce run. The Meat Room are now a constant fixture at The Lancefield Farmers Market (every 4th Saturday) with a selection of home made salami. For more of their home made salami and sourdough bread, with other gourmet items like free-range pork and beef, cheese, local eggs, pasta, check out Providore at The Meat Room!

11.01.2022 A bakery in Hillside, Baked since 95 offers brunch and baked goods with a a middle eastern twist. Expect staples like Avo Toast, Big Breakkies, Toasties and Baked Eggs but with the addition of flavours like zaatar, sujuk, dukkha and tahini. Open from 7AM to 4PM, they have other traditional Turkish options like Gozleme, Falafel and Kunefe on the menu.

11.01.2022 A gin distillery, micro brewery, pub and function centre, Queenscliff Brewhouse has a variety of options to suit their customers. Among that list, the highlight may the variety of drinks available, with up to 7 craft beers and 3 house gins made on site to pair with their seasonal menu. Drop by the pub for a meal, have a relaxing afternoon in the Beer Garden (which is dog friendly!) or head over to the Cellar Door for gin, wine or beer tastings.

07.01.2022 Golden Fleece Hotel Pop Up Bottleshop in South Melbourne are a business who adapted their usual pub trade to a grab and go and bottle shop during the period of COVID restrictions. Flexikitch supplied a few open display fridges, which are now filled with drinks and deli options great for takeaway. Head over to their store in South Melbourne or check out their page for great deals on slabs and stubbies. They also offer a large selection of seafood platters, supplied by Clamms Seafood. If you're in luck you might get some great offers on seafood, perfect for a dinner in!

Stefan isn't just serving up layers of bolognese, pasta and cheese but they also have other Italian staples on the menu like Arancini and Meatballs served with Sugo, Gnocchi, Toasties and even some Gelato to finish the meal. Head over to their store in Fitzroy on Brunswick St, or get it delivered with Uber Eats.

06.01.2022 What's better than brunch on the weekend! The Boot Factory have an extensive menu that's sure to suit everyones needs. Choose from the usual brunch spread of Eggs Bennys, Burgers, Poke Bowls and even Tacos and Cheese steaks available. They also offer delivery services with Mr.Yum, 7 days a week so if you're located near their site in Coburg you're in luck!

To say 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone might be an understatement but we are proud of how our team has worked together with suppliers to support businesses in Australia. They have an updated menu to welcome in spring, and have some of the best views along Wye beach. A must visit if you're planning on travelling down the Great Ocean Road.
