16.01.2022 TENANT INCENTIVES LEAD TO BETTER RELATIONSHIPS. Have you ever heard the saying "happy wife happy life" you could almost transpose this to tenants. "I did say almost." We find in property management that the large majority of tenants are very good. They look after their home ensuring they are clean, gardens are maintained and the rents generally come on time. Every now and again we get exceptionally good tenants- a minority group. Property managers can pick them on their very first quarterly routine inspection. These are the ones that go above and beyond to improve the home: additional gardening, painting rooms, paying additional rent so they are always well in front and tend to do simple maintenance issues themselves. These are the ones that save you money!!!
