02.01.2022 BERRY LACE Cre par William Oliveri & Huishan Zhang Ingredients: 4 fraises... 4 framboises 1 cuillre soupe de sucre brun 1 cl de jus de citron vert 10 cl de champagne Apanage Pommery Ros Feuilles de menthe Glace pile Dans un verre Margarita, craser quelques fraises, quelques framboises, de la menthe et verser le sucre brun. Ajouter le centilitre de jus de citron vert et craser nouveau 2 ou trois fois. Mettre la glace pile, verser le champagne ros et mlanger un peu Dcorez le verre dune brochette compose de framboises, fraises et menthe, ajouter 2 pailles courtes et dgustez ! BERRY LACE LE MEURICE WILLIAM OLIVERI AND HUISHAN ZHANG Ingredients : 4 strawberries 4 raspberries 1 coffee spoon of brown sugar 1 cl of lime juice 10 cl of Champagne ros (Apanage Pommery Ros) Mint leaves In a Margarita glass, crush some strawberries and raspberries with the mint leaves and the brown sugar. Add the 1cl of lime juice and crush everything again twice or three times. Pour in the glass with crushed ice, add the champagne and mix a bit. Decorate with a brochette composed of raspberries, strawberries and mint delicately dropped on the glass. Serve with two short straws and enjoy!
