Feelings of sadness, unhappiness and stress ca...n affect anyone, but when these feelings outweigh happiness or make coping with day-to-day life hard, its important to take action. Research shows that Australian men in particular find it difficult to express their feelings which is a barrier to help seeking. Its important to learn these signs and if you see one or more of these in yourself or a man in your life for a long period of time encourage them to take positive steps towards treatment and recovery.
