Please pray for: - The Parish of Dorset as they discern the future of their ministry, and Judy Jacobson as she leads the ministry there. - The continued protection of Tasmania from the Coronavirus as our borders open up this week. - The Hobart Airport Chaplains who are on duty this week looking after staff and travellers. - The world, with so many places of unrest, and for a peaceful outcome to the elections in the USA.

20.01.2022 Church this Sunday 29th November, 10 a.m. at the Catholic Church, Whitemark. We are grateful to our Catholic Church family for allowing us to join with them and use their building for services. We just don’t fit in our own space with 1.5 m of distancing. What a great problem to have! Sharing together has been the highlight of 2020. Thank you.

Please pray for: - Our ongoing work in building relationships with Aboriginal Tasmanians. - Growth in the ministry of the Parish of Howrah Sandford under Jamie Bester’s leadership - The work of our Diocese as a whole as we unite together to be a Church for Tasmania, Making disciples of Jesus. - Our Redress Working Group as it considers how to meet the increased estimated liability for survivors of sexual abuse.

Please pray for: - Our Premier and the members of the Parliament that they will lead with wisdom, integrity and courage - For the Primate of the Anglican Church of Australia The Most Revd Geoff Smith, and the Bishops who will meet again this week, and for planning for General Synod next year - For an appointment of a Rector in the Parish of Devonport, and for The Ven John Tongue as he concludes his ministry there.

Please pray for: - Continued gospel witness through the Mission to Seafarers across the states and especially in Burnie. - For a new Rector for Devonport and the growth of ministry there and in Penguin. - For the Ven John Tongue as he concludes his ministry in Devonport next weekend, and for the Revd Helen Gleeson as she leads the saints in Penguin.
