21.01.2022 BREAKING: Iconic bootmaker R.M.Williams, which manufactures out of Salisbury, is back in Australian hands! The company has been bought by an investment group owned by Andrew Forrest and spells great news for local manufacturing and local jobs in SA.

20.01.2022 75 years ago, Sir Robert Menzies officially launched the Liberal Party of Australia at Sydney Town Hall. Being the most successful postwar political party is no coincidence. We are a party that shares a common belief in greater personal freedom and responsible fiscal governance. If you share these beliefs, contact the page about how you can get involved!

20.01.2022 The Australian today published groundbreaking revelations about the Chinese Communist Party’s Thousand Talents Plan. Our universities are sovereign, Commonwealth-funded institutions. These revelations demonstrate how the CCP is plundering Australia’s research and intellectual property.... Only the most decisive action can bring the transparency we need to protect the national interest.

18.01.2022 Stay safe out there folks! Thanks to the heroes at the SA Country Fire Service and the SA Metropolitan Fire Service for working their hardest to keep the community safe.

11.01.2022 We had a great turnout to our Politics in the Pub event with our Local Member of Parliament, Steve Murray MP, Member for Davenport last night. Thanks to everyone who attended, especially Steve, the Adelaide University Liberal Club, and the University of South Australia Liberal Club! We'll be sure to hold another event soon. If you're interested in centre-Right politics on campus and want to meet like minded students, flick the Page a message and we'll be in touch!

09.01.2022 Congratulations to a good friend of the Club, Nik Baric, for being recognised for all of his hard work in the Liberal movement over the past few years! We thank Nik for all of the work he did with the Club while he was SAYLM President, and we wish him well for the future.

09.01.2022 More than 11 million hard-working Australians will get a tax cut backdated to 1 July this year as part of the Federal Liberal #Budget2020 economic recovery plan. This will put more money into Australians’ pockets - more than 7 million will receive $2,000 or more this year - to spend in small businesses across the country and help create jobs. Some other key highlights of #Budget2020:... Supporting 450,000 young Australians into jobs with our new JobMaker hiring credit Investing a record amount in skills and training to make sure Australians have the skills they need to get a job Supporting our manufacturing industry to build our sovereign capability and help create jobs Incentivising business to invest in their business, creating more economic activity and more jobs Investing more in infrastructure now to create more jobs Full details at www.budget.gov.au Scott Morrison (ScoMo) Josh Frydenberg
