06.01.2022 At FlipIt a balance between hard work and fun is really important to us This week we were able to explore some fun ways to practice the skills we’ve learnt this year such as a hanging competition with our tuck hang and a game of poison ball to practice our balance!

06.01.2022 We had our inaugural FlipIt Tournament over the weekend! A big well done to all our gymnasts, they have been practising their routines the last month and we're so excited to show them off to their families. A special congratulations to our spirit award and overall champions We look forward to next years!
