23.01.2022 This morning the Australian government placed a ban on any indoor gathering of over 100 people. We still believe it's important to give our children, families and young adults a place for some safe and active indoor fun! Here's what we're doing in response to the latest government announcement. In response to the latest government announcement we are introducing 'Social Distancing Sessions' across our entire network which will feature: Maximum capacity of 50 people in each ...centre per session. That includes guests, parents / guardians / onlookers and Flip Out staff. Our centres are large spaces, so this means guests can be adequately spread out. A 1.5m distance between each guest is to be maintained at all times where possible while using our equipment, while checking in or while watching guests etc. We're changing our session times to allow for a 15 minute break between sessions. This 15 minute break will let all guests leave before the guests for the next session arrive. During that 15 minute break our staff will be undertaking equipment cleaning and sterilization. This is in addition to our increased cleaning procedures already implemented where possible. A new speedy online-booking-only check-in lane and counter to reduce check-in times. We're asking guests to book online if possible. Thank you for everyone's support and understanding in this uncertain time. We are committed to providing our community with a place to keep fit and have fun while remaining safe and complying with all government health guidelines.

05.01.2022 At Flip Out we’re all about providing our guests with a safe environment in which they can enjoy some active indoor fun! All of our Flip Out locations employ regular cleaning and hygiene procedures. In response to the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to let you know a few extra precautions we’re implementing across our network: 1. Where possible we’re increasing the frequency of our cleaning schedules, including sanitisation of our trampolines and other equipment. 2. Our team membe...rs have been instructed to call in sick if they are showing any signs of illness 3. As always, all of our centres adhere to their maximum allowable capacity of guests. Because our centres are large spaces, this means our guests are relatively spread out while using our equipment. 4. We’re asking all guests to please refrain from visiting us if you, any close friends or family are showing any signs of illness. 5. If you are unable to make it to an existing booking due to illness, please speak with the team at your local Flip Out about rescheduling your booking for a later date. 6. Where possible we will be providing additional hand sanitiser at our front desks, and ask that all guests use this on their way in and out of the centre. 7. We ask that you please thoroughly wash your hands with the soap / hand wash provided in our restrooms before consuming any food or drinks in our centres. Thank you for your help and happy flipping!
