22.01.2022 We're so happy to announce that Flippin Yeah Records will be releasing the new Anthonie Tonnon album this coming July. It's called 'Leave Love Out of This' and here's the first single 'Entertainment' which gives you an idea of the stylistic leaps he’s taken in these past years. One thing that has been a constant is his microscopic eye for narrative. He always seems to have a brotherly empathy for his characters and the existential predicaments they find themselves in. Tonnon says that this one is a story about an athlete who is given a once in a lifetime chance at a career in television. And like the rest of the album to come the melding of guitars, synths and drum machine hits you like a wave of classic pop nostalgia. You can pre-order the album now on Flippin Yeah: http://flippinyeahindustries.bigcartel.com//anthonie-tonno

15.01.2022 Hugh F has another classic album ready to go? The guy is unstoppable, he's a bona fide melody machine. This one is called 'Do You Have a Minute?' and is a collection of 34 x 1 minute songs. Flippin Yeah is releasing the LP vinyl version on the 22nd of this month (April) and if you pre-order you go in the draw to have a 1 minute song written and recorded by Hugh F himself. It can be about anything you want (yourself, partner, grandparent, pet...etc). Order now on the Flippin Yeah website for only $34, that's a dollar a song! http://flippinyeahindustries.bigcartel.com//hugh-f-have-yo

01.01.2022 Last week Hugh F corralled his band to play a live set for online magazine and radio purveyors FROCKUP. It's a little taste of what to expect at his album launch this Saturday May 1st at the Northcote Uniting Church Hall with Leah Senior.
