18.01.2022 Push yourself a little - estimate how many rounds you might do before you start & see how you go. For example, i thought I'd come close to completing 3 rounds, so I made it a goal to complete 3 rounds. I completed the 3 rounds & finished the deadlifts of the 4th round.... How did you go?
13.01.2022 A fair amount of glute work - ideally 5 + rounds would be better (time permitting). For increased intensity, add some weights - I used 10kg for step ups, sit ups and glute bridges.
