You may be one of the lucky ones who's partner is a touchy-feely type and happy to give massages until the cows come home ~ but, let's face it, they are few and far between! Plus ~ no-one massages like a qualified therapist . Anyhoo ~ back to the benefits; If you're an athlete (not all at...hletes are professional, a jog around the park on a regular basis makes you an athlete!) uric and lactic acid build up in the muscles and can stagnate ~ massage clears waste products and also assists with lymphatic drainage.
