25.01.2022 We’re opening for DINE IN this weekend!! As well as continuing with take away and all grab and go options. As much as we’ve loved cramming our food into bio cane boxes in recent history, it’s almost time for us to offer a few tables and chairs again! That’s right, from Saturday the 16th, we can have a total of 10 people sitting down enjoying our food and service. 10 isn’t much, but we’ll take it! Stay tuned for our new dine in menu. We are looking forward to reconnecting with our local farms to create more amazing food in 2021 and seeing some new faces in the flock community. The farm plate features produce from the amazing @loop.growers. Paris market carrots, purple scallions, seasonal greens and zucchini flower. Combined with bacon, egg, flock pumpkin damper and a herb sauce for everything you need for breakfast!

We’re missing the connection to community, the longer chats with you all, plates filled with delicious food and our tables filled with wonderful humans. And all the gorgeous pooches at your feet. We drank way too much coffee and got to dive deeper into the production process at their Sunshine Coast warehouse. 15.01.2022 See ya later, but not good bye! You may have noticed that you haven’t been seeing our heads as frequently lately. We’ve recently relocated our family to the Sunshine Coast hinterland chasing our off grid dream. After all of the belly laughs, the years of creating this little cafe that humbly supports our community and a better environment, we’ve decided to step aside. We’re very proud to say that we’ve officially handed the reins over to Jacob who has been with us fr...om the start. As well as our long serving loyal staff. We love you all endlessly Yasmin, Dayna, Candace, Emily and Bree and we know Flock is going to be just fine without us. Highlights of opening Flock have been forming meaningful relationships with local farmers and suppliers. It was a dream of Geoffs for a long time to be able to serve food that had a big impact. Opening our own cafe that served local, seasonal and sustainable produce seen us achieve this dream. A special shout out to @loop.growers for being with us the whole way and becoming such dear friends. Hosting the special dinner events showcasing local produce, collaborating with other chefs and creating sold out events for @moretonbayfoodandwine festival. And let’s not forget winning the Environmental and Sustainability award two years running as well as taking out Business of the Year for Moreton Bay Regional Council. I know they are just awards. But it was sure nice to be recognised for the meaningful extra miles we put into our humble little cafe. Our family, our friends.
