24.01.2022 Funny how things pop up in your news feed. I made something similar to these on Saturday but I used Old El Paso stand and stuff mini tortillas and mini taco shells. Instead of taco seasoning in the chicken I used a jar of salsa. Yummo

23.01.2022 Rain on Saturday saw a change of plans for me and I got to do something I dont do often - watch TV. A Save My Bakery marathon to be exact. As most people who know me know, I love to bake and it got me thinking about my favourite thing to buy at the bakery. It would have to be a Vanilla Slice. Whats yours?

22.01.2022 Unfortunately we didnt bring home an award on Friday night. But it was a great honour to be nominated and then a finalist. We are very lucky to have so many high quality business in Singleton. The winners of my category and the overall winners, "The Eye Place" are a wonderful small business, if you need your eyes checked, I recommend you go see them.

19.01.2022 Recognising I just need less stuff was a turning point for me getting myself organised. When we moved from WA to NSW I was so embarrassed when our "stuff" took up two sea containers. Over the years we have worked hard to get rid of stuff and whilst I am not in any hurry to pack up my house again, Id really like to to load up a couple of Sea Containers to compare from then to now.

18.01.2022 I must admit I am one of them :) I am working right through the holidays but am so looking forward to not having to make sure the kids are up and getting themselves ready.
